Abstract
This study aims to delve into quality control methods for defect management in the production process of quay cranes,emphasizing its significance in ensuring the quality of quay cranes.Firstly,it provides a detailed introduction to the definition and classification of defects to better understand the types of defects that may arise during quay crane production.Subsequently,it conducts an in-depth exploration of defect management processes and methods,encompassing identification,analysis,prevention,and correction.Furthermore,it places particular emphasis on quality control methods at critical stages of quay crane production,such as establishing defect management workflows,databases,preventive mechanisms,strengthening monitoring and inspection,raising quality awareness among employees,performing regular equipment and material maintenance,and managing the production environment.关键词
