Abstract
Aim to focus on service design innovation,blur the front-end innovation evolution game mechanism,provide advanced design methods and Enlightenment for traditional small and medium-sized enterprises to embed digital intelligence supply chain ecological platform,help small and medium-sized enterprises to benefit from the co creation results of"multi-dimensional platform nesting"digital intelligence platform,and expand the functional boundaries of the original platform.A single case study was carried out on digital intelligence platforms such as Zhimi technology,and then in view of the formed service design practice enlightenment,interdisciplinary technologies such as Ariz in the engineering field were integrated and optimized,and finally a set of ASD models for digital intelligence service design innovation were constructed.In the verification stage,taking the design of B&B hotels under the background of digital intelligence and double carbon as the practice object,it is verified that ASD model can promote the evolution of altruistic preferences in the fuzzy front end of service design innovation,which is helpful to the construction of design innovation management mode of small and medium-sized enterprises.The enlightenment obtained from the research and the constructed model can provide management enlightenment for the inexperienced traditional service-oriented manufacturing enterprises to implement the service design innovation strategy,so as to embed the digital intelligent supply chain ecological platform to take advantage of the situation and upgrade.关键词
