Abstract
Through the macroscopic analysis,metallographic inspection,material analysis,scanning electron microscope and water quality analysis of 304 stainless steel cooling water transmission pipe,the cause of corrosion perforation was found.The results showed that the corrosion perforation developed from the inner wall of the pipe to the outer wall of the pipe,and the root cause of leakage was that the fluid transported in the pipe contained O,Cl-and SO42-and gathered at the weld joints and joints on the inner wall of the stainless steel,causing the inner wall of the tube to undergo crevice corrosion and eventually pitting to pierce the tube wall.At the same time,this article proposes corresponding solutions and preventive measures.关键词
