摘要

Abstract

Based on TRIZ theory,this study takes locomotive parts cleaning as the research object,and proposes a locomotive parts cleaning technology based on TRIZ theory by analyzing and comparing the traditional cleaning methods.This technology,which integrally applies the 39 innovation principles of TRIZ and the reverse thinking method,can significantly improve the cleaning efficiency and quality of cleaning,and reduce the cost of cleaning and environmental pollution[1].In this study,the technology is practically verified,and the experimental results show that the technology can effectively solve the difficulties and bottlenecks in the cleaning of locomotive parts,and has a wide range of application prospects and promotion value.
