干旱胁迫下生物炭对冬小麦生理特性和土壤化学性质的影响
Effects of biochar on physiological characteristics of winter wheat and soil chemical properties under drought stress

Abstract
Shajiang black soil,a typical medium and low yielding soil in the Huaibei plain,has the characteristics of clay weight,dry shrinkage and wet expansion,which are the key factors limiting crop production.Therefore,how to improve the poor moisture properties of shajiang black soil is the key to promote the growth of wheat.A pot experiment was conducted to study the effects of biochar on leaf physiological characteristics,root morphology and soil chemical properties under drought stress.There are four fertilization treatments:T0(conventional fertilization),T1(conventional fertilization and 1%biochar),T2(conventional fertilization and 3%biochar)and T3(conventional fertilization and 6%biochar),with a drought stress treatment on the 30th day after sowing.Results are as follows.(1)The drought stress treatment significantly increased the H2O2 content,CAT,SOD and POD activities of winter wheat leaves,while the application of biochar significantly reduced the H2O2 content and CAT activity under drought stress,with no significant effect on SOD and POD activities.(2)Drought stress inhibited the root growth of winter wheat,whereas the application of 3%biochar significantly promoted the total root length,total surface area,mean root diameter and total root volume by 48.0%and 34.7%,respectively,compared with no biochar application.The application of 6%biochar treatment significantly promoted the total root length,total surface area,mean root diameter and total root volume of winter wheat under drought stress.(3)The application of 1%,3%and 6%biochar significantly increased the soil pH and soil organic matter,and the soil organic matter increased with the amount of biochar application.The application of 6%biochar significantly increased the contents of soil available phosphorus and available potassium by 70.3%and 110.5%,respectively,compared with the control.Biochar treatment had no significant effect on soil alkali hydrolysable nitrogen content.The results showed that the application of biochar reduced the accumulation of reactive oxygen species in leaves under drought stress,promoted the root development of winter wheat,and increased the nutrient content of shajiang black soil,thus promoting the growth of winter wheat under drought stress.关键词
