Development status of Ecological Science Journal and cultivation of social service ability for young editors
摘要
Abstract
Ecological Science continuously strengthens the development and construction of the journal,attaches importance to the cultivation and growth of young editors,enhances their publishing skills and social service awareness,and further enhances the academic level and social influence of the journal.The paper introduces the development status of Ecological Science in recent years and analyzes several effective strategies;illustrates the practical cases of the young editorial team of Ecological Science in providing scientific and technological social services to enhance their self-worth;summarizes the typical activities and work models of the young editorial team of Ecological Science in promoting ecological science.Finally,thoughts and prospects are given to the construction and cultivation of social service ability for the youth editors,in order to provide useful references.关键词
