车用聚碳酸酯木塑复合材料的制备及性能研究OACSTPCD
Preparation and Properties of Automotive-Grade Polycarbonate/Wood-Plastic Composite
为制备性能稳定的车用聚碳酸酯木塑复合材料(PC/WPC),以聚碳酸酯(PC)为基材,添加木粉(WF)、催化剂、促进剂、胶凝剂和抗紫外线助剂制备PC/WPC,并研究WF添加量对PC/WPC性能的影响.结果表明:当WF添加量为15.87%时,PC/WPC的拉伸强度、弯曲强度、冲击强度和洛氏硬度最高,分别达到78.47 MPa、118.61 MPa、34.62 kJ/m2和95.68 HRB.当WF添加量为15.87%、23.81%时,PC/WPC的内…查看全部>>
