车用聚碳酸酯木塑复合材料的制备及性能研究

Abstract
To prepare automotive-grade polycarbonate/wood-plastic composite(PC/WPC)with stable property,polycarbonate(PC)was used as the base material,and wood flour(WF),catalyst,promoter,coagulant,and UV-resistant additive were added to prepare PC/WPC.The influence of WF content on the properties of PC/WPC was studied.The results show that when the WF content is 15.87%,the tensile strength,flexural strength,impact strength,and Rockwell hardness of PC/WPC reach the highest values,reaching 78.47 MPa,118.61 MPa,34.62 kJ/m2,and 95.68 HRB,respectively.When the WF content is 15.87%and 23.81%,the internal particle structure of PC/WPC is relatively compact,improving the crystalline structure of wood-plastic composites.The initial decomposition temperature of PC/WPC is approximately 280℃,and it is almost completely decomposed at 420℃.When the WF content is 15.87%,PC/WPC exhibits the best mechanical strength,Rockwell hardness.At a WF content of 23.81%,PC/WPC showes optimal thermal stability.关键词
