Preparation and Properties of Polyvinyl Chloride/Carbon Nanotube Composites
碳纳米管(CNTs)的添加可以增加聚氯乙烯(PVC)的强度和刚度,并提高其导电性能.为了提高PVC的适应性与稳定性,文章合成了不同比例的PVC/CNTs复合材料,并分析其拉伸强度、导热性能、导电性能和热稳定性能,以确定复合材料的最优CNTs含量.结果表明:随着CNTs质量分数的增加,PVC/CNTs复合材料的拉伸强度先升高后降低.加入CNTs后,复合材料的导热性能得到提高.当CNTs质量分数为2.0%时,PVC/CNTs复合材料的拉伸强度、…查看全部>>
