基于Moldflow的针阀式热流道时序控制与翘曲变形关系
Relationship Between Timing Control of Needle Valve HotRunner Based on Moldflow and Warpage Deformation

Abstract
In order to change the warping degree of products,the time sequence injection molding technology is adopted in this paper.Sequential feeding can be realized by controlling the action of the needle nozzle valve through a time sequence control system,and the state of melt front intersection can be changed,so that the melt flowing out of each gate in the injection molding process can be gradually advanced.Modflow software is used to simulate the time control of the nozzle valve.First,the first gate and the second gate are set.In the filling stage,when the melt front reaches the second gate position,closing the first gate for a period of time and then opening the second gate can improve the consistency of glass fiber molecular arrangement.Through sequential control of the warp-time curve,the best control time of nozzle valve is intuitively reflected.The results show that the time sequence injection molding technology can solve the problem of disturbing the orientation of glass fiber molecules in the traditional production process,and can get the effect of uniform orientation of glass fiber,thus controlling the warpage of products within the specified range.关键词
