相比金属和陶瓷导热材料,热塑性聚合物基导热复合材料具有质轻、易加工成型、耐腐蚀等优点,可用于制备电池外壳、锂电池支架、发光二极管的散热壳等.介绍了固体材料导热过程中的基本概念及机理,综述了影响填充型导热复合材料导热性能的因素,探讨了聚合物基体的结构、填料本身性质及其含量、基体与填料之间相互作用等因素对复合材料导热性能的影响.
Compared with metal and ceramic thermally conductive materials,thermoplastic polymer based thermally conductive composites have advantages such as light weight,easy processing and molding,and corrosion resistance.They can be used to prepare battery shells,lithium battery supports,light-emitting diode cooling shells,etc.The basic concepts and mechanisms of thermal conductivity of solid materials are introduced.The factors affecting the thermal conductivity of filled thermally conductive composites are summarized.The influences of the structure of polymer matrix,the properties and content of filler,and the interaction between matrix and filler on the thermal conductivity of composites are discussed.
