热塑性聚合物基导热复合材料的研究进展
Research progress in thermoplastic polymer based thermally conductive composites
摘要
Abstract
Compared with metal and ceramic thermally conductive materials,thermoplastic polymer based thermally conductive composites have advantages such as light weight,easy processing and molding,and corrosion resistance.They can be used to prepare battery shells,lithium battery supports,light-emitting diode cooling shells,etc.The basic concepts and mechanisms of thermal conductivity of solid materials are introduced.The factors affecting the thermal conductivity of filled thermally conductive composites are summarized.The influences of the structure of polymer matrix,the properties and content of filler,and the interaction between matrix and filler on the thermal conductivity of composites are discussed.关键词
