基于形态分析法的电动滑板车设计研究OA

为更好解决国内城市代步出行"最后一公里"的问题,设计出新颖且能够满足消费者多层次需求的电动滑板车.应用了形态分析法对电动滑板车进行设计因素的分解并建立形态分析矩阵,设计因素主要有造型特征、充电方式、骑乘姿势与是否可折叠等,然后对其各个因素下的方案进行分析整合得到若干种设计方案.从中筛选出3个设计方案,通过对可乘坐空间、多功能、外观造型等因素进行权重分析,对方案再次进行筛选,最终通过问卷调查获取用户对电动滑板车外观造型的满意度来确定最优设计方案.该方法可以为今后的电动滑板车的设计创新提供参考与经验.

To better solve the problem of"the last kilometer"of urban transportation,design a novel electric scooter that can meet the multi-level needs of consumers.The morphological analysis method was applied to decompose the design factors of the electric scooter and establish the morphological analysis matrix.The design factors mainly include styling features,charging mode,riding posture and foldable,etc.Then,several design schemes were analyzed and integrated under each factor.Three design schemes were selected.Through the weight analysis of the seating space,multi-function,appearance and other factors,the scheme was screened again,and the optimal design scheme was obtained.Finally,the satisfaction of users on the appearance of the electric scooter was determined through the questionnaire survey.This method can provide reference and experience for the design innovation of electric scooter in the future.
