摘要
Abstract
The research progress on surface modification of silica in recent years both domestically and internationally are summarized.The methods for surface modification of silica using alkoxy coupling agents,epoxy functional groups,ionic liquids,biological small molecules,and small molecule rubber additives,as well as the effect of silica surface modification on the application performance of silica/rubber composite materials in tire tread compounds are introduced.In addition,this paper also compares the advantages and disadvantages of various modification methods,and provides an outlook on the development prospects of surface modification methods for silica.关键词
