摘要

Abstract

Objective To investigated the effect of admission creatinine clearance rate on the outcome of acute non-ST segment elevation myocardial infarction(NSTEMI)patients with elevated NT-proBNP levels.Methods 233 patients with NSTEMI and elevated NT-proBNP levels were ad-mitted in 14 medical centers in China between October 2017 and October 2021.According to the level of admission creatinine clearance rate,all the patients were divided into low Ccr group(n=131)and normal Ccr group(n=102).The primary outcome was major adverse cardiovascular events(MACE)during hospitalization and at 180 days after hospitalization.Results Compared to the normal Ccr group,MACE was higher during hospitalization but no significant differences[6.9%(7/102)vs.5.3%(7/131);x2=0.23,P=0.63],however,MACE is significant higher at 180 days[19.6%(20/102)vs.9.9%(13/131);x2=4.42,P=0.04].Compared to the normal Ccr group,180 days survival rate was lower in the low Ccr group(logrank test,P=0.017).Conclusions Ccr<80mL/min at admission was an independent predictor of 180-days MACE in NSTEMI pa-tients with elevated NT-proBNP levels.
