基于KANO-QFD的挖掘机信息界面设计研究
RESEARCH ON INFORMATION INTERFACE DESIGN OF EXCAVATOR BASED ON KANO-QFD
摘要
Abstract
In order to effectively obtain the core needs of excavator users,the key elements of design are determined based on user needs,so as to improve the satisfaction of drivers on the information interface operation of excavator.KJ method and user interview method were used to obtain user demand elements of excavator information interface.User demand was analyzed according to KANO model and the importance of demand was obtained.The priority of design elements was obtained by building house of quality combined with QFD method.The layout of the interface is orderly,the information feedback design and the interface navigation design need the most weight,which are the important design elements of the excavator information interface design.Through the combination of KANO model and QFD method,the feasibility of this method in solving the problem of excavator information interface design is verified,which provides a method guidance for the design of other engineering vehicle information interface.关键词
