基于KANO-QFD的挖掘机信息界面设计研究OA
RESEARCH ON INFORMATION INTERFACE DESIGN OF EXCAVATOR BASED ON KANO-QFD
为有效获取挖掘机用户核心需求,基于用户需求确定设计关键要素,从而提高驾驶员对挖掘机信息界面操作的满意度.通过KJ法和用户访谈法获取挖掘机信息界面用户需求要素,根据KANO模型分析用户需求并得到需求重要度,结合QFD方法构建质量屋得到设计要素优先级.界面布局有序、信息反馈设计、界面导航设计需求权重最大,是挖掘机信息界面设计的重要设计要素.通过KANO模型和QFD方法的结合,验证了该方法在解决挖掘机信息界面设计问题上的可行性,为其他工程车辆信息界面的设计提供了方法上的指导.
In order to effectively obtain the core needs of excavator users,the key elements of design are determined based on user needs,so as to improve the satisfaction of drivers on the information interface operation of excavator.KJ method and user interview method were used to obtain user demand elements of excavator information interface.User demand was analyzed according to KANO model and the importance of demand was obtained.The priority of design elements was obtained by building house of quality combined with QFD method.The layout of the interface is orderly,the information feedback design and the interface navigation design need the most weight,which are the important design elements of the excavator information interface design.Through the combination of KANO model and QFD method,the feasibility of this method in solving the problem of excavator information interface design is verified,which provides a method guidance for the design of other engineering vehicle information interface.
