摘要

Abstract

In the production process of alumina,the main function of the separation and washing process of red mud is to separate the red mud contained in the sodium aluminate liquid,and then enter the hot water washing process.Based on this,the sodium aluminate liquid will undergo hydrolysis,resulting in the loss of alumina and seriously affecting the recovery rate of alumina.Based on the above situation,this article effectively controls the washing of red mud and reduces the loss of alumina.According to the alumina production process,measures have been taken to increase the temperature of the settling tank,control the stock of the settling tank,increase the thickness of red mud,and improve the washing efficiency of red mud,in order to reduce the loss of alumina during the separation and washing process of red mud in the alumina production process,and ultimately achieve the goal of reducing production costs.
