摘要

Abstract

In the refining and treatment process of copper electrolysis,harmful impurities may differentiate.If they are not properly removed or treated,it will have a serious impact on the final application effect and even endanger the entire electrolysis differentiation system.Therefore,in order to improve the overall quality of cathode copper and avoid significant economic losses,this article analyzes and studies the methods for removing impurities in the copper electrolytic refining process.Determine the distribution ratio of copper electrolytic refining and establish an overlapping vortex electrolysis structure.Based on this,the chemical precipitation method is used to remove impurities in copper electrolytic refining.The final experimental results indicate that the molar ratio obtained by the copper electrolysis ion exchange removal method is relatively high,indicating that it has a good removal effect on impurity substances and has certain potential application value.
