Abstract
In order to improve the utilization efficiency of gold concentrate resources, optimize the metal element recovery process of gold concentrate, and reduce the environmental pollution caused by tailings, experimental research on the recovery of gold, silver, copper, lead, and zinc from gold concentrate was carried out.Firstly, the existing problems and current status of current gold concentrate recovery technologies are analyzed, and the advantages and disadvantages of several common methods for recovering gold, silver, copper, lead, and zinc from gold concentrates are compared in terms of energy consumption, cost, operability, and environmental performance.A test scheme for the stepwise separation and recovery of metal elements from gold concentrates is proposed. This plan involves carrying out operations such as pre flotation, alkali leaching, cyanidation and gold extraction, wet leaching of gold and silver from low sulfur tailings, separation of lead and zinc ores, roasting to enrich gold, silver, and iron to produce iron concentrates, and wet leaching of gold and silver from iron concentrates. It can achieve the highest degree of recovery of gold, silver, copper, lead, and zinc, and the process has less pollution and is not complex.关键词
