摘要
Abstract
Objective To explore the application effect of vascular extrinsic pressure in injection via indwelling venous catheter in children.Methods A total of 62 children who underwent injection via indwelling venous catheter in Heze Maternal and Child Health Care Hospital from December 2020 to November 2022 were selected and divided into reference group(31 cases)and research group(31 cases)according to the random number table method.The reference group was given intravenous injection without extrinsic pressure,and the research group was given intravenous injection with vascular extrinsic pressure.The indwelling time of the indwelling needle,pain degree and total satisfaction rate of family members were compared between the two groups.Results The indwelling time of the indwelling needle in the research group was longer than that in the reference group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The pain degree in the research group was lower than that in the reference group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total satisfaction rate of family members in the research group was higher than that in the reference group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application effect of vascular extrinsic pressure in injection via indwelling venous catheter in children is remarkable,which can prolong the indwelling time of the indwelling needle and reduce the degree of pain,and is worth promoting.关键词
