Abstract
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Budesonide aerosol inhalation in the adjuvant treatment of pediatric pneumonia.Methods A total of 60 children with pneumonia in Fei County Hospital of Traditional Chinese medicine from June 2022 to June 2023 were selected and divided into reference group(30 cases)and discussion group(30 cases)by the random number table method.The reference group was given Azithromycin treatment,and the discussion group was given Budesonide aerosol inhalation adjuvant treatment on the basis of reference group.The lung function indexes and symptom disappearance time were compared between the two groups.Results The peak expiratory flow and forced expiratory volume in the discussion group were higher than those in the reference group(P<0.05),and the symptom disappearance time in the discussion group was earlier than that in the reference group(P<0.05).Conclusion Budesonide aerosol inhalation in the adjuvant treatment of pediatric pneumonia has significant clinical effect,which can improve lung function,promote symptom relief,and is worth popularizing.关键词
