Abstract
Objective To investigate the effect of Azithromycin sequential administration in the adjuvant treatment of lobar pneumonia in children and its influence on the level of serum inflammatory factors.Methods A total of 62 children with lobar pneumonia in Kunshan Second People's Hospital from February 2021 to April 2023 were selected as the study objects.According to different administration methods,children who received intravenous Azithromycin treatment were included in the reference group(31 cases),while who received Azithromycin sequential administration adjuvant treatment were included in the study group(31 cases).The total effective rate,serum inflammatory factor levels and total incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate in the study group was higher than that in the reference group(P<0.05).The levels of serum inflammatory factors in the study group were lower than those in the reference group(P<0.05).The total incidence of adverse reactions in the study group was lower than that in the reference group(P<0.05).Conclusion Azithromycin sequential administration in the adjuvant treatment of lobar pneumonia in children has significant effect,which can reduce inflammation,has high safety,and is worth promoting.关键词
