Abstract
Objective To explore the effect of postpartum health care on postpartum psychological and physiological rehabilitation in parturients.Methods A total of 78 parturients who delivered in Ningyang Maternal and Child Health Care Hospital from February 2020 to February 2023 were selected and divided into control group and study group by drawing lots,with 39 cases in each group.The control group received postpartum routine care,and the study group received postpartum health care.The psychological state,quality of life,total incidence of postpartum complications and total satisfaction rate of nursing were compared between the two groups.Results The scores of self-rating anxiety scale and self-rating depression scale in the study group were lower than those in the control group,and the score of quality of life scale was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The total incidence of postpartum complications in the study group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The total satisfaction rate of nursing in the study group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Postpartum health care can alleviate postpartum anxiety and depression,improve the quality of life and reduce complications,which is worth promoting.关键词
