Abstract
Objective To explore the effect of early enteral nutrition intervention under standard operating procedures of nutritional management on the postoperative nutritional status in children with congenital heart disease.Methods A total of 186 children who underwent congenital heart disease operation in Children's Hospital,Zhejiang University School of Medicine from January 2020 to January 2022 were selected and divided into two groups according to different nursing plans.The children who received routine nursing were included in the control group,and the children who received early enteral nutrition intervention under standard operating procedures of nutritional management on the basis of control group were included in the observation group.The biochemical indexes,nutrition and rehabilitation and the total incidence of postoperative complications were compared between the two groups.Results The postoperative levels of albumin and prealbumin in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The discharge weight in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the first postoperative defecation time was earlier than that in the control group(P<0.05).The total incidence of postoperative complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The early enteral nutrition intervention under standard operating procedures of nutritional management can improve the postoperative nutritional status in children with congenital heart disease and reduce complications,which is worthy of promotion.关键词
