Abstract
Objective To explore the clinical effect of multimedia visual function comprehensive training in the treatment of amblyopia in children.Methods A retrospective analysis was conducted on the clinical data of 70 children with amblyopia in Aier Eye Hospital of Qiqihar from January to December 2022.According to different treatment plans,children who received routine training were included in the control group(35 cases),while who received multimedia visual function comprehensive training were included in the observation group(35 cases).The therapeutic effect of the two groups was compared.Results After treatment,the visual acuity in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the stereoscopic visual acuity was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The M amplitude and P100 latency in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05),the range and sensitivity of eye adjustment in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The compliance in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Multimedia visual function comprehensive training treating amblyopia in children has remarkable clinical effect,which can increase visual acuity,improve eye function,and is worth popularizing.关键词
