摘要
Abstract
Objective To explore the application effect of rapid rehabilitation concept in perioperative nursing of pediatric orthopedics.Methods A total of 74 children with orthopedics in Yantai Yantaishan Hospital from February 2020 to April 2022 were selected and divided into reference group(37 cases)and study group(37 cases)according to the coin tossing method.The reference group received traditional perioperative nursing intervention,and the study group received rapid rehabilitation concept perioperative nursing intervention.The length of hospitalization,pain score,total compliance rate and total complication rate in the two groups were compared.Results The length of hospitalization in the study group was shorter than that in the reference group,the pain score in the study group was lower than that in the reference group,the total compliance rate in the study group was higher than that in the reference group,and the total complication rate in the study group was lower than that in the reference group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Rapid rehabilitation concept in perioperative nursing of pediatric orthopedics has significant application effect,which can relieve pain,improve compliance rate,reduce complications,and is worth popularizing.关键词
