Abstract
Objective To investigate the effect of intrauterine device placement on prevention of intrauterine adhesion after painless induced abortion guided by B ultrasound.Methods A total of 123 patients who underwent painless induced abortion in Bijiang District Maternal and Child Health Hospital in Tongren City from January to December 2022 were selected and divided into study group(62 cases)and control group(61 cases)according to the random lottery method.The control group was given Drospirenone and Ethinylestradiol Tablets after operation,and the study group was given intrauterine device combined with Drospirenone and Ethinylestradiol Tablets after operation.The occurrence of intrauterine adhesion,menstrual recovery time and menstrual volume of the two groups were observed.Results The total incidence of intrauterine adhesion in the study group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The menstrual recovery time of the study group was shorter than that of the control group(P<0.05).The total abnormal rate of menstrual volume in the study group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Intrauterine device placement on prevention of intrauterine adhesion after painless induced abortion guided by B ultrasound has a good effect,which can reduce the incidence of intrauterine adhesion and promote the return to normal menstruation.关键词
