摘要
Abstract
Objective To explore the application effect of psychological nursing intervention in patients with endometriosis.Methods A total of 92 patients with endometriosis diagnosed and treated in the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology,Xiajin County People's Hospital from January 2020 to March 2022 were selected as the research objects,and they were divided into the control group(46 cases)and the observation group(46 cases)by parity method.The control group was given routine nursing intervention,and the observation group was given psychological nursing intervention.The nursing satisfaction,quality of life score and psychological state(SAS,SDS)were compared between the two groups.Results The SAS and SDS scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group after nursing(P<0.05).The total nursing satisfaction rate and quality of life scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of psychological nursing intervention in patients with endometriosis can improve negative emotions,quality of life and nursing satisfaction.关键词
