Abstract
Objective To explore the application effect of postpartum visit intervention in postpartum women.Methods A total of 107 pregnant women who delivered in Zhoucun District Maternal and Child Health Hospital in Zibo City from February 2022 to February 2023 were selected and divided into the conventional group and the experimental group according to the random number table method.The routine group(n=59)received postpartum routine intervention,and the experimental group(n=58)received postpartum visit intervention on the basis of postpartum routine intervention.The postpartum psychological state(EPDS)and the incidence of puerperium complications were compared between the two groups.Results The EPDS score of the experimental group was lower than that of the routine group after intervention(P<0.05).The total incidence of puerperal infection,mastitis and constipation in the experimental group was lower than that in the routine group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of postpartum visit intervention in postpartum women can improve their psychological state and reduce the incidence of puerperium complications.关键词
