精细化护理在小儿肺炎护理中的应用效果

Abstract
Objective To explore the application effect of fine nursing in the nursing of pediatric pneumonia.Methods A total of 100 children with pneumonia admitted to Pingyi County Baotai Town Health Center from January 2021 to December 2022 were selected as the research objects.According to the random number table method,they were divided into control group(50 cases)and observation group(50 cases).The control group was given routine nursing,and the observation group was given fine nursing on the basis of the control group.The inflammatory indicators(PCT、IL-6、hs-CRP),lung function(FVC、FEV1),symptom improvement time and nursing quality were compared between the two groups.Results After nursing,the levels of PCT,IL-6 and hs-CRP in the two groups were lower than those before nursing,and those in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The FVC and FEV1 levels of the two groups after nursing were higher than those before nursing,and those of the observation group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).The improvement time of fever,cough,shortness of breath and fatigue in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group(P<0.05).The nursing quality score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of fine nursing in the nursing of pediatric pneumonia can improve lung function and inflammatory indicators,shorten the improvement time of clinical symptoms,and improve the quality of nursing.关键词
