Abstract
Objective To explore the application effect of preconception care and health management in women planning to have a second child.Methods A total of 70 women who planned to have a second child in Gaoxin District(Xinshi District)Maternal and Child Health Service Center in Urumqi City from June 2021 to June 2023 were selected as the research objects,and were divided into the routine group(35 cases)and the study group(35 cases)according to the random number table method.The routine group received routine health management,and the study group received preconception care and health management.The satisfaction with health management,psychological state and quality of life were compared between the two groups.Results The total satisfaction rate of health management in the study group was higher than that in the routine group(P<0.05).The scores of restlessness,anxiety,depression and irritability in the study group were lower than those in the routine group(P<0.05).The quality of life score of the study group was higher than that of the routine group after management(P<0.05).Conclusion Preconception care and health management are effective in women who plan to have a second child,which can improve health management satisfaction,psychological state and quality of life.关键词
