Abstract
Objective To analyze the expression of serum C1q/tumor necrosis factor related protein 6(CTRP6)in patients with gestational diabetes mellitus and its correlation with inflammatory factors.Methods A total of 110 patients with gestational diabetes mellitus admitted to Shanghe County People's Hospital from January 2020 to December 2022 were selected as the observation group,and 55 pregnant women with normal pregnancy tests during the same period were selected as the control group.Serum CTRP6 and inflammatory factors were detected.The levels of serum CTRP6 and inflammatory factors(hs-CRP,SAA,IL-6,WBC,IL-1β)were compared between the two groups,and the correlation between serum CTRP6 and inflammatory factors was analyzed.Results The levels of serum CTRP6,hs-CRP,SAA,IL-6,WBC and IL-1β in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Serum CTRP6 was positively correlated with hs-CRP,SAA,IL-6,WBC and IL-1β in the observation group(P<0.05).Conclusion Serum CTRP6 is positively correlated with related serum inflammatory factors in patients with gestational diabetes mellitus.关键词
