Abstract
Objective To explore the application effect of high quality nursing in the treatment of atomization inhalation of Budesonide by air compression pump in children with tonsillitis.Methods A total of 100 children with tonsillitis who were treated in Shanting District People's Hospital in Zaozhuang City from January 2021 to January 2023 were selected and divided into two groups according to the random number table method,with 50 cases in each group.They were treated with atomization inhalation of Budesonide by air compression pump.The control group was given routine nursing,and the observation group was given high quality nursing.The application effect of the two groups was compared.Results The length of hospital stay and the disappearance time of pain and fever in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05).After nursing,the family members cognition score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion High quality nursing has a good application effect in the treatment of tonsillitis children with atomization inhalation of Budesonide by air compression pump,which can shorten the length of hospital stay,the disappearance time of pain and fever,and improve the disease cognition of family members.关键词
