Abstract
Objective To explore the application effect of prospective nursing in the treatment of pediatric pneumonia by aerosol inhalation.Methods The clinical data of 64 children with pediatric pneumonia who received aerosol inhalation treatment in Gansu Provincial Hospital from January 2022 to January 2023 were retrospectively analyzed.According to different nursing methods,they were divided into control group and study group,with 32 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing,and the study group used prospective nursing on the basis of the control group.The nursing effect of the two groups was compared.Results The disappearance time of cough,expectoration and pulmonary rales,the time to antipyresis,the time to improvement of poor spirit,decreased appetite and sleep disorders in the study group were shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05).The total nursing satisfaction rate of parents in the study group was 96.88% ,which was higher than 78.13% in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Prospective nursing has a good application effect in the treatment of pediatric pneumonia by aerosol inhalation,which can shorten the improvement time of symptoms and improve nursing satisfaction.关键词
