Abstract
Objective To compare the clinical effect of breast conserving surgery and modified radical surgery in the treatment of early breast cancer.Methods A total of 127 patients with early breast cancer admitted to the Department of Breast and Thyroid Surgery,Lanling County People's Hospital from February 2019 to February 2022 were selected as the study objects.All the patients were divided into the control group(63 cases)and the observation group(64 cases)according to the lottery method.The control group received modified radical surgery,and the observation group received breast conserving surgery.The incidence of complications,clinical surgical indicators,disease recurrence and tumor metastasis,aesthetic effects,and quality of life were compared between the two groups.Results The total incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The hospitalization time,operation time,and incision length of the observation group were shorter than those of the control group,and the intraoperative bleeding volume of the observation group was less than that of the control group(P<0.05).The aesthetic effect in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05),and the scores of quality of life in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the rate of disease recurrence and tumor metastasis between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Compared with modified radical surgery,breast conserving surgery for patients with early breast cancer has higher safety,shorter hospitalization and operation time,less intraoperative bleeding,higher quality of life and better aesthetic effect.关键词
