摘要
Abstract
Objective To explore the application effect of intrapartum position nursing combined with responsibility midwifery in primiparas.Methods A total of 108 primiparas who underwent vaginal trial delivery in the Sixth People's Hospital of Heze City from August 2022 to July 2023 were selected and divided into two groups by random number table method.The control group(n=54)received routine midwifery measures,while the study group(n=54)received intrpartum position nursing and responsibility midwifery on the basis of routine midwifery.The scores of positive and negative emotions,stages of labor,cesarean section and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results Three days after delivery,the negative emotion score of the study group was lower than that of the control group,and the positive emotion score was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The first and second stages of labor in the study group were shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05).The cesarean section rate of the study group was lower than that of the control group,and the nursing satisfaction rate was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Intrapartum position nursing combined with responsibility midwifery can improve the adverse psychological status of primiparas,promote the stages of labor,reduce the rate of cesarean section,and improve nursing satisfaction.关键词
