摘要
Abstract
Objective To explore the clinical effect of Ambroxol combined with Amoxicillin Clavulanate Potassium for injection in the treatment of children with bronchial pneumonia.Methods A total of 120 children with bronchial pneumonia in Pucheng County Hospital from May 2021 to May 2023 were selected as the study objects.All the children were divided into the control group(60 cases)and the observation group(60 cases)using the random number table method.The control group was treated with Ambroxol,and the observation group was treated with combined Amoxicillin Clavulanate Potassium for injection on the basis of the control group.The clinical efficacy,the levels of inflammatory factors,the resolution time of clinical symptom and the incidence of adverse reactions of the two groups were compared.Results After treatment,the total clinical effective rate in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The levels of interleukin-6,tumor necrosis factor-α and hypersensitive C-reactive protein in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The resolution time of fever,lung rales,tonsil congestion and cough in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group(P<0.05).The total incidence rate of adverse reactions in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Ambroxol combined with Amoxicillin and Clavulanate Potassium for injection can improve the clinical effect of children with bronchial pneumonia,and it is worth popularizing.关键词
