摘要
Abstract
Objective To explore the clinical effect of Metformin combined with Insulin Aspart in the treatment of gestational diabetes mellitus.Methods A total of 70 patients with gestational diabetes mellitus from January 2018 to January 2023 in Tong'an Road Street Community Health Service Center of Shibei District in Qingdao City were selected as the study objects.All the patients were divided into the control group and the observation group by the random number table method,with 35 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Insulin Aspart,and the observation group was treated with Metformin on the basis of the control group.The maternal and neonatal adverse situation,symptom scores and blood glucose levels were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the total incidence of adverse situation of newborns in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence rate of polyhydramnios,premature rupture of membranes and postpartum hemorrhage and cesarean section rate in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The scores of polyphagia,thirst and fond of drinking,limb numbness,fatigue and lack of strength and excessive urination in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The levels of fasting plasma glucose and 2 hour postprandial blood glucose in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Metformin combined with Insulin Aspart has significant effect on gestational diabetes mellitus.关键词
