Abstract
Objective To explore the clinical effect of Montelukast Sodium combined with Azithromycin in the treatment of children with Mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia.Methods A total of 70 children with Mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia admitted to the Third Division General Hospital of Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps from June 2021 to June 2023 were selected to conduct retrospective analysis.All the children were divided into the control group and the study group according to the medication regimen,with 35 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Azithromycin,while the study group was treated with Montelukast Sodium on the basis of the control group.The clinical efficacy,lung function indicators,immune indicators,the levels of inflammatory factors,and the adverse drug reaction of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the study group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The lung function indicators and immune indicators in the study group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The levels of inflammatory factors in the study group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the adverse drug reaction between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion The combination of Montelukast Sodium and Azithromycin has a significant clinical effect in the treatment of children with Mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia.关键词
