Abstract
A certain open-pit mine adopts pre splitting blasting technology for steep slope mining to control the impact of blasting vibration on the slope.This can effectively eliminate safety hazards such as floating stones and loose blocks hanging on the final slope,ensure the integrity and stability of the broken surface of the final slope,and ensure the safety of the lower platform operation in the mining area.This article aims to explore a low-cost path while ensuring slope stability.In response to the shortcomings of pre splitting blasting in the early stage,the parameters of pre splitting blasting in the open-pit mine were studied,the blasting charge structure was optimized,and the pre splitting hole spacing was increased from 1.5m to 2.0m.Through multiple on-site experiments and effect analysis,the goal of ensuring the stability of the final slope and reducing the cost of pre splitting blasting in the mine was achieved.关键词
