复方甲硝唑阴道栓治疗细菌性阴道炎的临床效果

摘要
Abstract
Objective To explore the clinical effect of Compound Metronidazole Vaginal Suppository in the treatment of bacterial vaginitis.Methods A total of 120 patients with bacterial vaginitis from October 2021 to May 2023 in the Department of Gynecology,Longkou Maternal and Child Health Hospital of Shandong Province were selected as the study objects.All the patients were divided into the control group(treated with Compound Gangsong Lotion)and the observation group(treated with Compound Metronidazole Vaginal Suppository)by the random number table method,with 60 cases in each group.The clinical effect,the levels of serum inflammatory factors and the improvement of clinical symptoms of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The levels of interleukin-6,tumor necrosis factor-α and hypersensitive C-reactive protein in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The disappearance time of abnormal leucorrhea,the disappearance time of pruritus vulvae and the recovery time of vaginal pH in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Compound Metronidazole Vaginal Suppository has a good effect in the treatment of bacterial vaginitis,promoting the recovery of symptoms and improving the levels of inflammatory factors.关键词
