Abstract
Objective To explore the application effect of comprehensive nursing in elderly women with hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage.Methods A total of 62 elderly female patients with hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage admitted to Anqiu People's Hospital from October 2019 to October 2022 were selected as the study objects.All the patients were divided into the control group(n=31)and the observation group(n=31)using the random number table method.The control group received routine nursing,and the observation group received comprehensive nursing.The mental state,daily living ability,and incidence of complications were compared between the two groups.Results After nursing,the scores of self-rating depression scale and self-rating anxiety scale in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The activity of daily living scale score in the observation was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The total incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Comprehensive nursing in elderly women with hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage can regulate the mental state,improve the daily living ability,and reduce complications.关键词
