摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate the application of vaginitis quintuple testing in vaginitis examination.Methods A total of 100 patients suspected with vaginitis were selected from the Department of Laboratory of People's Hospital of Macheng City from January 2021 to January 2023.The results of vaginal secretions culture were used as the gold standard to compare the diagnostic efficiency of vaginitis quintuple testing and microscope examination.Results The positive detection rate of vaginitis quintuple testing was higher than that of microscope examination(P<0.05).The sensitivity,accuracy and specificity of vaginitis quintuple testing were higher than those of microscope examination(P<0.05).Conclusion Vaginitis quintuple testing has higher diagnostic value in vaginitis examination and is worthy of clinical application.关键词
