摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate the value of high frequency color Doppler ultrasonography in the diagnosis of axillary lymph node metastasis in early breast cancer.Methods From April 2021 to April 2022,88 patients with breast cancer admitted to Yantai Fenghuangtai Hospital were selected to undergo color Doppler ultrasound and high frequency color Doppler ultrasound.Pathological biopsy was used as the gold standard to compare the diagnostic efficiency of the two methods.Results The specificity,accuracy and positive predictive value of high frequency color Doppler ultrasound in the diagnosis of axillary lymph node metastasis of breast cancer were higher than those of color Doppler ultrasound(P<0.05).Conclusion Color Doppler ultrasonography is valuable in the diagnosis of axillary lymph node metastasis of breast cancer,but high frequency color Doppler ultrasound has higher diagnostic efficiency.关键词
