循证护理在小儿肺炎护理中的应用效果
Application effect of evidence-based nursing in nursing of children with pneumonia
摘要
Abstract
Objective To explore the application effect of evidence-based nursing in the nursing of children with pneumonia.Methods A total of 90 children with pneumonia admitted to the First Affiliated Hospital of Baotou Medical College,Inner Mongolia University of Science&Technology from January 2020 to December 2022 were selected and divided into control group(45 cases)and study group(45 cases)according to the random number table method.The control group was given routine nursing,and the study group was given evidence-based nursing on the basis of routine nursing.The application effect of the two groups was compared.Results The disappearance time of clinical symptoms in the study group was shorter than that in the control group(P<0.05).The lung function of the study group was better than that of the control group after intervention(P<0.05).The total incidence of complications in the study group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).After intervention,the dimension scores and total score of quality of life in the study group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The total nursing satisfaction rate of the study group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of evidence-based nursing in the nursing of children with pneumonia can help to relieve clinical symptoms,reduce the incidence of complications,promote the recovery of lung function,improve the quality of life and nursing satisfaction.关键词
