Abstract
Objective To explore the application effect of targeted nursing in emergency nursing of children with convulsion.Methods A total of 50 children with convulsion admitted to the Pediatric Ward of Jinan Third People's Hospital from April 2020 to April 2023 were selected,and all of them were given emergency measures.According to different nursing methods,they were divided into observation group and control group,with 25 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing intervention,and the observation group was given targeted nursing intervention.The psychological state(DSRSC,SCARED),quality of life and family nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results The total nursing satisfaction rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).After nursing,the scores of DSRSC and SCARED in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).After nursing,the quality of life in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of targeted nursing in emergency nursing of children with convulsion can improve nursing satisfaction,adjust psychological state and improve quality of life.关键词
