围手术期快速康复护理在乳腺癌手术患者中的应用

Abstract
Objective To explore the application effect of perioperative rapid rehabilitation nursing in patients with breast cancer surgery.Methods A total of 78 patients with breast cancer who underwent surgical treatment in The First Department of General Surgery,Yangpu District Shidong Hospital in Shanghai City from January to December 2022 were selected as the research objects.They were divided into control group and observation group by random number table method,with 39 cases in each group.The control group was given routine rehabilitation nursing,and the observation group was given perioperative rapid rehabilitation nursing.The postoperative pain degree(VAS),postoperative rehabilitation(range of motion of shoulder joint),complications and nutritional status were compared between the two groups.Results The VAS score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).The total incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The range of motion of shoulder adduction,abduction,forward flexion and back extension in the observation group was greater than that in the control group(P<0.05).The levels of hemoglobin and serum total protein in the observation group were higher than those in the control group after nursing(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of perioperative rapid rehabilitation nursing in patients with breast cancer surgery can relieve postoperative pain,reduce the incidence of postoperative complications,improve the range of motion of the shoulder joint,and promote the nutritional recovery of the body.关键词
