Abstract
Objective To explore the application effect of PDCA cycle management in surgical nursing management of obstetrics and gynecology.Methods A total of 1020 patients who underwent obstetrics and gynecology surgery in Ningjin County Family Planning Maternal and Child Health Service Center from January 2021 to December 2022 were selected and divided into control group(510 cases)and observation group(510 cases)according to the random number table method.The control group was given routine surgical nursing management,and the observation group was given PDCA cycle management based on surgical nursing management.The nursing quality,total incidence of nursing errors,patients'quality of life and total satisfaction rate of nursing were compared between the two groups.Results The nursing quality in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the total incidence of nursing errors was lower than that in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The quality of life and total satisfaction rate of nursing in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application effect of PDCA cycle management in surgical nursing management of obstetrics and gynecology is significant,which can improve the quality of nursing and the patients'quality of life,and is worth promoting.关键词
