Abstract
Objective To investigate the application of contracted follow-up management model in postoperative nursing of transvaginal mesh pelvic floor reconstruction.Methods A total of 74 patients with pelvic organ prolapse who underwent transvaginal mesh pelvic floor reconstruction in Shanghai Ninth People's Hospital,Shanghai JiaoTong University School of Medicine from March to December 2022 were selected and divided into the reference group(37 cases)and the study group(37 cases)according to the random number table method.The reference group adopted the traditional discharge follow-up management,and the study group adopted the contracted follow-up management model.The pelvic floor function and the incidence of complications were compared between the two groups.Results After intervention,the scores of pelvic floor impact questionnaire-short form 7 and pelvic floor distress inventory-short form 20 in the study group were lower than those in the reference group(P<0.05).The total complication rate of the study group was lower than that of the reference group(P<0.05)Conclusion The application of contracted follow-up management model in postoperative nursing of transvaginal mesh pelvic floor reconstruction can improve the function of pelvic floor and reduce the incidence of complications.关键词
