Abstract
Objective To investigate the application of modified classification checklist for in-hospital transport of emergency critically ill children in pediatric patients with acute critical illness.Methods A total of 2500 critically ill children admitted to the Pediatric Emergency Department of the Children's Hospital of Soochow University from January 2021 to December 2022 were selected and divided into the control group and the observation group according to different in-hospital transport classification checklists,with 1250 cases in each group.The control group adopted the traditional classification checklist for in-hospital transport of emergency critically ill children,and the observation group adopted the modified classification checklist for in-hospital transport of emergency critically ill children.The total pass rate,transport time,arrival time and the total incidence of adverse events were compared between the two groups.Results The total pass rate of safe transport in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The transport time and arrival time of the observation group were shorter than those of the control group(P<0.05).The total incidence of adverse events in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of modified classification checklist for in-hospital transport of emergency critically ill children in pediatric patients with acute critical illness can effectively improve the total pass rate of in-hospital safe transport,shorten the transport time and arrival time,and reduce the occurrence of adverse events.关键词
