Abstract
Objective To investigate the effect of rapid rehabilitation nursing on postoperative recovery and pain of patients undergoing hysteromyomectomy.Methods A total of 86 patients undergoing hysteromyomectomy admitted to Linyi Maternal and Child Health Hospital from February 2022 to January 2023 were selected and divided into the control group and the study group according to the lottery method,with 43 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing and the study group received rapid rehabilitation nursing.The indexes of operation recovery,negative emotion,pain degree and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results The first exhaust time,first feeding time,first defecation time and hospital stay of the study group were shorter than those of the control group(P<0.05).After nursing,the scores of self-rating anxiety scale,self-rating depression scale and visual analogue scale in the study group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The total satisfaction rate of nursing in the study group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Rapid rehabilitation nursing can accelerate the postoperative recovery of patients with hysteromyomectomy,improve negative emotions and pain,and improve nursing satisfaction,which is worthy of clinical promotion.关键词
