摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate the application of nutritional nursing in end-stage renal disease(ESRD)children undergoing hemodialysis.Methods A total of 62 children with ESRD undergoing hemodialysis in People's Hospital of Zhangqiu District of Jinan City from May 2021 to April 2022 were selected and divided into the control group(31 cases)and the study group(31 cases)according to the random number table method.The control group was given routine nursing,and the study group was given nutritional nursing based on the control group.The nutritional indexes,quality of life and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results After intervention,the nutritional indexes of the study group were better than those of the control group(P<0.05).After intervention,the score of quality of life scale for children and adolescents in the study group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The total satisfaction rate of the study group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of nutrition nursing in ESRD children undergoing hemodialysis can effectively improve the nutritional status of children,improve the quality of life and nursing satisfaction,and is worthy of clinical application.关键词
